As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible with maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients with goals of setting up consultative appointments between them and our experienced Account
Executives.

Desired skills for this position include:

Comfortable making cold calls,

Excellent verbal and written skills. This includes good telephone etiquette and efficient dialing,

Detail oriented and diligent in recording of data,

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams,

HubSpot experience a plus,

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing, time management and follow-up skills,

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting,

Motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic,

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred,

1-3 years of inside sales experience.

Gauge is currently seeking a full time Installation Service Technician to install, service and remove telematics devices. It is helpful, all though not required, to have a background or familiarity in automotive or 12 volt electrical systems, such as automotive alarm and remote start systems. Similar experience in automotive or heavy equipment repair is equally helpful. Gauge works to maintain positive environment for our employees where people can learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities & skills for this position include:

• Technicians must ensure work is performed to the highest standards and all deadlines set are met
• Disassemble & reassemble a wide variety of vehicles and equipment both of the interior and exterior
• Properly route wiring, mount devices, terminate connections
• Troubleshoot and diagnose both equipment and devices to provide a working solution
• Ensure high quality installations to new and existing clients
• Provide a high level of maintenance, troubleshooting and support for existing customers in an effective and efficient manner
• Document service and installation actions by ensuring all electronic forms are complete, accurate and provided in a timely manner.
• Accountable for assigned field inventory
• Accountable for assigned company laptop, vehicle and other equipment as the job requires
• Frequent overnight and out of town travel is required.
